(i) Insure all the software’s including OS, document programs, antivirus and security tools are totally up-to-date.

(ii) Dedicated security tools, Desktop antivirus products, and email and network gateway systems aftern detect and shop infected documents before they reach and-user systems.

(iii) Totally turn off macros and scripts, or get a notification before they can run.
